The European Comission website for research results (CORDIS EU) highlighted the results of SALSA project (H2020 – EU), that took place between april of 2016 and July of 2020. This project was coordinated by Teresa Pinto Correia, Director of the Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development (MED) and Professor at the University of Évora. The main goal of SALSA project was to provide a better understanding of the current and potential contribution of small farms and food businesses to sustainable food and nutrition security.
