Jorge Alberto dos Santos Guieiro Pereira. Completed the PhD in Food Engineering in 2015 by Universidade de Lisboa, Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Master in Animal Production in 1999 by Universidade de Lisboa, Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária and Licence in Zootechnical Engineering in 1995 by Universidade de Évora. Is Adjunct Teacher at Universidade do Algarve, Instituto Superior de Engenharia.
