Igor Alexandre da Silva Dias. Completed PhD in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences in 2018 at the University of Évora, a Master's degree in Food Prevention and Control Systems in 2011 at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, a degree in Food Science and Technology in 2007 at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering in 2006 at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém. He is an integrated member of CERNAS - Centre for Natural Resources, Environment and Society, a collaborating member of MED - Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development, a collaborating member of the Quality of Life Research Centre (CIEQV), an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém (ESAS), Deputy Director of ESAS and Head of the Laboratory Unit (UL) of the Department of Food Technology, Biotechnology and Nutrition (DTABN) at ESAS.
