PhD in Biology from the University of Évora. Researcher at the Portuguese Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology-SPAIC and collaborating researcher at the Mediterranean Institute for Agriculture, Environment and Development-MED where she is an Integrated Doctoral Member. Responsible for the monitoring activity of the Portuguese Aerobiology Network - RPA. Administrator of measurements, forecasts, Newsletter and “Pollen Bulletin” of the RPA website. Collaborator in the elaboration of the “Pollen Bulletin” published on the RPA website and by the media. Responsible for the Palynology and Aerobiology Laboratory at the University of Évora. Member of the European Aerobiological Society and the International Association for Aerobiology. Member of National and European Associations in Allergology, SPAIC and European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology -EAACI. Portuguese member of a European working group WG 39 as a representative of IPQ- Portuguese Institute of Quality. Collaborator in teaching, in the supervision of academic internships and/or undergraduate and graduate theses at the University of Évora. Author and co-author of national and international articles in the areas of Aerobiology (Aeropalynology and Aeromycology), Environment, Allergology/Immunoallergology and Phytopathology, with 27 articles in scientific journals and 118 works in national and international "proceedings" presented at various scientific meetings. She received 11 awards. Collaborator in national and international research projects and/or studies in the areas of Aerobiology, Environment, Allergology and Phytopathology.
