Patrícia Coelho Lage completed her Master's degree in Food Engineering in 2017/2018 at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja - Beja School of Agriculture and her Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering in 2013/2014, also at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja - Beja School of Agriculture. He attended some modules of the "Transversal skills in scientific research: food, innovation, sustainability" course at the University of Lisbon's Higher Institute of Agronomy. Participated as a Research Fellow in 2 projects at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja - Escola Superior Agrária. He is currently a researcher at the Centro de Biotecnologia Agrícola e Agro-Alimentar do Alentejo, where he holds a research grant. In addition to this activity, she is a guest assistant at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja. She is the author of 5 international articles, a chapter in a national book and 20 papers (oral and poster) at national and international congresses.
