Miguel Salazar is PhD Agricultural Engineer at the University of Lleida (2001, Spain). Consultant in agronomy since 2003 with experience in quality control tests and improvement of agrifood processes and products. He was a collaborator at the Department of the Environment, at the Department of Agriculture and at the Institute of Agro-food Research and Technology (IRTA) of Catalonia, at the company Applus (Agro-food and Certification) and at various engineering offices. Participation in more than fifteen national and international research projects, author of more than a hundred publications and scientific communications and techniques, is the founder and manager of the Agro-On company and the RiaFresh® brand of marine vegetables that has been working since 2015 in the production and marketing of marine vegetables from the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
