The Alentejo Olive Oil Study and Promotion Center (CEPAAL) is an organization dedicated to the research and valorization of olive oil produced in the Alentejo region. CEPAAL promotes olive oil quality, conducts studies on cultivation and production practices, and organizes marketing and promotion initiatives. Through collaboration with farmers and producers, the center seeks to strengthen the position of Alentejo olive oil in national and international markets.
