Description
The aim of the SYSTEMIC project is to implement adaptive strategies for sustainable food production, consumption and public health, addressing the diverse impact of climate change on the nutritional quality and composition of food and the consequent perception and behaviour of the consumer, defining standards to achieve food and nutritional safety. The project aims to address the challenges of climate change impacts on food systems and encourage healthy and environmentally sustainable diets.
