MED and TIAS School for Business and Society Collaborate to Enhance Knowledge Transfer
On October 9th, MED welcomed students from TIAS School for Business and Society and the Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce to the University of Évora for a collaborative event focused on “The Knowledge Transfer Ecosystem of MED and its Stakeholders.” During the event, TIAS students, alongside with regional stakeholders, engaged in a productive brainstorming session to explore MED’s Knowledge Transfer Ecosystem as a case study. The goal was to explore how to enhance MED’s KT approach and better connect with stakeholders, driving innovation. The discussions were structured around several key points:
• Communication: How can researchers and industry communicate more effectively?
• Regional Context: What resources do we have, and what can your organization contribute to facilitate knowledge transfer?
• Opportunities: How can knowledge transfer create opportunities within your organization?
• Celebrating Progress: How can we measure and celebrate progress in knowledge transfer?
We are deeply grateful to all participants for their invaluable contributions and eagerly await the students’ conclusions and recommendations. These insights will be instrumental in refining MED’s knowledge transfer practices and maximizing their impact.
